DAY 1: HANOI
ARRIVAL WITH VIP FAST TRACK SERVICE
Welcome to Vietnam! Upon touchdown at Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport you will be met right at the airplane's arrival gate by friendly Fast Track Service staff. You will be whisked through immigration via the diplomatic lane, have your luggage retrieved and carried, and be delivered to your Hanoi host waiting for you in the Arrival Hall. A private vehicle will be ready to take you to your hotel.
Depending on the time of arrival, enjoy the evening at leisure in your hotel or get ready to hit the ground running and dive into Vietnam's vibrant capital city.
HANOI EAT, DRINK
Duration: 3 hours
Grilled meats, fresh seafood, tangy salads and a cornucopia of sesame, garlic, cilantro, chilli and lime are just the starting point for one of Asia's darling cuisines. Today we'll enjoy an introduction to Vietnamese food and drink, the basic ingredients, various styles, and of course lots of sampling. Starting out on foot from our hotel in the old quarter, we'll make our way to a fresh market for a visual and sensory overload of produce. Sampling is key, and we'll make a couple of stops at local heritage cafes to experience a few bedrock culinary experiences: spring rolls, salad wraps and, of course, Vietnamese coffee.
We'll stretch out the walk, even peek into the Hanoi Hilton and then let loose on simply outstanding local cuisine. Dinner is a treat of local specialties - vermicelli noodles with tender grilled pork, broth and herbs, fresh garlic and chilies - at a celebrated family-run noodle house prized by Hanoians and discerning food writers alike. Late afternoon is open, though we have several suggestions such as an art gallery stroll in the cathedral district, shopping, spa, or a nap. There is plenty of food still to find in the capital.
DAY 2: HANOI
TEA HARMONY: A SPIRITUAL SOJOURN

HANOI BACKSTREETS BY VINTAGE MOTORCYCLE

Motorcycles are the staple mode of transportation in Hanoi and are an important part of the city's character. While they come in all shapes and sizes, we will kick it old-school and explore Hanoi on the back of vintage Soviet-era Minsk motorcycles, driven by our experienced drivers.
We'll head into the narrow maze of winding, zigzagging back streets and alleyways where you'll have the opportunity to experience authentic, behind the scenes Hanoi. Suddenly, we'll find ourselves in the middle of the biggest second-hand electronics and mechanics market in Vietnam where you can buy anything from a spare tire for a US Army Jeep to a Chinese bicycle pedal. Leaving this "black market" behind, we'll visit a Hanoian family home to see close-up how the locals live and understand more about how Hanoi has changed over the last few decades. The adventure continues with the short journey to West Lake which most visitors don't have the chance to see. This is a high-end area with botanical gardens, cafes, restaurants and nightlife venues edging Hanoi's largest freshwater lake.
Discover a hidden village where you'll find mouthwatering food stalls run by local families. This is a perfect time to treat ourselves to the most authentic local cuisine. We'll sample a few morsels before heading to a beloved neighbourhood coffeeshop to find out why locals call their unique 'egg coffee' the cappuccino of Vietnam.
Notes: The experienced drivers are English speaking students majoring in English/Tourism in college & university, hoping to become guides - guests are contributing to the future of tourism which we are passionate about and stand behind.
DAY 3: HANOI TO HALONG BAY

No trip to Northern Vietnam is complete without a visit to Ha Long Bay, a remarkable seascape of lush, rainforest-clad limestone islands and pillars jutting out of the surrounding emerald blue water as far as the eye can see. And there is no better way to experience this UNESCO World Heritage Site than by sailing through the calm, scenic waters on board an elegantly designed and high-standard Junk ship. We will drive from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay where, upon arrival at Tuan Chau harbour, your crew will welcome everyone aboard the ship and set sail into the Bay. Situate yourself on the deck and take in the never ending parade of karsts, caves, and coves passing by on all sides.
Main attraction: Cong Do Area Things to do: Kayak around Cong Do Area
Attraction: Cong Do area, located within Bai Tu Long Bay, attracts visitors through its rich natural flora and spectacular rocky formations. The area is home to unique caves and many marine species.
Activities (on-board & off-board): Explore Cong Do area by kayak - With an area of 23,363 km2 and a 172m high mountain, the Cong Do area is famous for its natural and pristine beauty. Enjoy weaving through the beautiful karst formations as you come face to face with the diverse flora, natural saltwater lake, marine species, and coral reefs.
DAY 4: HALONG & BAI TU LONG BAY

Attraction: - The dreamy Vung Vieng Floating Village - Bobbing at a quiet location over 20 km from the mainland in the heart of Bai Tu Long Bay, Vung Vieng Floating Village is an ideal place for exploring the local lifestyle of sailing and fishing. Scenes of the fishing boats with nets hung out to dry and the laughter of local families give Vung Vieng an idyllic and traditional character.
- Select one of the two options below: 1) Trinh Nu Area - It includes Trinh Nu Cave, which is the finest sunlight-filled cave, and a stunning private beach surrounded by Ha Long Bay's crystal water. This is where visitors will have a chance to unwind in a quieter neighborhood and be in touch with raw nature.
2) Titov Island is a well-known destination in Halong Bay for the scenery it offers and its white sand beach. Although Titov is a small island, the established path up to the peak offers visitors the chance to take in a magnificent panoramic view over Halong Bay.
